In Colombia the graffiti express situations which are not pleasant for the society since they cause him harm and no benefit from it. Tom feling comments on various graffiti, one of them is La Macarena in Bogota, where highlights those days of street violence; Another is a mural XIX which shows corruption and hand hard from the police, among others.
In Buenos Aires the graffiti express two messages, several of them expressed purely art while others express the problems of the society. I think that you are right, the grafitti in argentina has an artistic sense that other country's artists don't have. And that is possible because Argentina has liberal policys and mentality. In argentina a Grafitti artist is well- seen while in other countries they are seen as vandals. Also, they are more liberal in other aspects. For example, a person with tatoos can fin easily a job, while in Colombia a person with tatoos is discriminated by the organizations. I think that argentina is a good example of a progresist country that believes in the diversity, and in the different artistic expressions.
